The Immersion

A Nine-Week Private Immersion into the eight limbs of Yoga

The Immersion is a one-to-one setting for those who want yoga as practice, not performance.

This is not teacher training or therapy.
This is a structured, devotional immersion into the eight limbs of yoga as lived experience.

You will learn how to remain.

What Makes This Different from Private Classes

Private sessions refine technique.
The Immersion refines awareness.
The power of this format is the personalised structure that is created for your learning.

In this immersion:

  • Asana becomes a mirror for your psychological patterns.

  • Breath reveals your nervous system under pressure.

  • Silence exposes avoidance.

  • Structure builds stability.

  • Devotion builds compassion.

You are observed attentively. Gently challenged.
Held in steadiness. Grounded in traditional Hatha & Classical Yoga.

The Work

Across nine private, 90-minute sessions, we move through the eight limbs as thresholds:

  • Radical truthfulness (Yama)

  • Self-study as devotion (Niyama)

  • Steadiness under stress (Asana)

  • Purify the Subtle Body (Pranayama)

  • Withdrawal from distraction (Pratyahara)

  • Gaining focus (Dharana)

  • Remaining with what is (Dhyana)

  • Dissolving identity (Samadhi)

  • Self-reflection & Integration

You will have access to 1 counselling session at any point during the immersion
to assist with support and integration with a professionally trained counsellor.

Each session includes:

  • Structured asana

  • Pratyahara practice (Sense withdrawal)

  • Advanced Pranayama techniques

  • Meditation techniques

  • Self-reflection guidance

  • Yoga philosophy

  • Video-recorded practices

This is not conceptual study.
It is embodied practice.
